This place is brand new so everything was great and smelled new! I could tell the staff was trying & they were friendly.

The Hotel is clean and has been updated. One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Staff was verry friendly too.

We loved the hotel. Did not expect a Hampton Inn to be in a historic hotel building. It was beautiful! Our room was lovely and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The details and furnishings were appropriate for the age and elegance of the building. It was not at all what we expected from a chain hotel. It was a wonderful surprise and experience!

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

The hotel is perfectly located. We walked everywhere. When it was raining, we were offered a free car service to a local restaurant. The free breakfast was great! The only drawback is the small, extremely shallow pool.

We stayed here for 2 days on a mini vacation. The location was excellent for visiting museums and there were plenty of restaurants. The front desk personnel as well as the rest of the staff were very helpful and tireless. The hotel has its own parking garage which was convenient. At this time it was $22 a day which was reasonable considering you didn't have to worry about parking or safety. Your room key opened the garage gate and then it allowed entry into the hotel and right to the elevator....

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. Great convenient place with a fantastic pool and bar.

The hotel itself was great but the surrounding area felt unsafe at night. Perhaps a security guard would make it feel more safe!

I fell in love with the vibe of the place. It’s very cool. It’s in a fantastic location right across across the street from the pier which I didn’t realize, that was a bonus. The restaurant was unbelievable ..amazing delish gourmet dishes. they have valet parking only up until 11front desk is closed between 11 PM and 7 AM. After 11 self parking in a very busy area. the elevator to the rooftop lounge only worked until the the third floor and you had to go outside take 4 flights of stairs, it...

Staff made us feel very special, pools were amazing, parking was very convenient, spa was phenomenal!

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

We only stay at this hotel when we are in town, the staff is always polite and helpful and the upgrades are amazing.
