The location was an easy subway ride from the airport. Use the subway line 5 from the airport and exit at the next station. Use exit number 4 to leave the station and it’s about 2 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is on your left side. It’s a tall building with big sign.

Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days.
