The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

Beautiful lobby, attentive staff, excellent customer service. Room was spacious and clean. Indoor pool required all guest, female and male to wear a swim cap. Only down side was that I could smell cigarette smoke on two nights but not noticeable any other days/times. Location was not as convenient to subway, although hotel sits between to stations.

It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. Great location in the heart of the shopping district, rooms thoughtfully prepared for guests.

We only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful so we could get to our next lodging location. The room was clean and big and the little touches made a big difference.

I've been traveling to Seoul for 26 years and the staff at this hotel were far and away the best I've ever encountered. The room was great, but there's no real need to pay extra for a "higher level" room. I stayed in two rooms, and they were both clean, quiet, and fairly room for Korean hotel standards.
