From even before check-in, our experience was wonderful. We had questions on getting from airport to hotel: they answered promptly and arranged pick-up. Room was clean and well-appointed. Pool and grounds simply lovely. They offer free shuttles to nearby shopping and tourist areas and several cafes inside to dine at.
This property is very well maintained. It is clean and well maintained. It has facilities to cater for large meetings or offsite meetings. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the Wifi needs to be improved as connection is really slow.
All very good indeed. Proximity to the mall and coffee shops was a great plus. Buses running to Putrjaya were accessible and cheap. Thanks for everything.
Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel.
The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. The roads are winding, sometimes missing, confusing always. The hotel to other parts of KL is hard to get to without the power of Grab, probably the easiest...
Excellent in every way. New facility. Helpful and efficient staff. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and clean. Excellent array of choices at breakfast. Food location near malls and the main train station.
What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again.
Hotel concept was definitely outside the box, not your typical hotel in a good way. I applaud the design. No pool, no gym but a beautiful lobby, a wide variety of interesting books, a bar with very nice bartenders and televisions 📺.
