"The facilities have everything that you need making it convenient for solo travelers and families. Public transportation is nearby and HONGDAE is a short 13 minute walk. The property was great. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a good mixture of korean and american food. The only thing i didnt like was it said it was near seoul Station but was at saemundae station and was mutliple subway transfers away.
The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building.
Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.
This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

Very nice hotel and in the middle of everything. Walking is good from each market and neighborhood.

The location of this property cannot be beat - easy access to public transport, lots of restaurants, and shopping. Staff was great and rooms were well maintained. Appreciated having 4 twin beds...this is the first time we've each had our own bed, great sleep for all of us!
We only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful so we could get to our next lodging location. The room was clean and big and the little touches made a big difference.

This properly is located near the shopping areas and aboilut 10 min away from the Palace and Secret Garden. This property is in prime location and is walking distance to local subway system. Thr facility has a self-serve laundry room which was a great amenity to have.

The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was conveniently located next to a train/subway station (access to 2 lines) which is accessible via the bridge walkway. There is also the Sinyongsan station across the street from that which gives you access to even more lines.
