The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. The reception staff came up to try and fix it and when they couldn't, they immediately moved me to a different room for my second night. I was very impressed and...

I tried to find a reason not to give Acube a 5, but I just can't find one. Probably the only improvement opportunity is the snack selection, but you can walk 2 minutes down the block and find more of those. The location is perfect for the subway, the airport bus, shopping, site seeing and food so, what more could you ask. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

I liked that the bus from Incheon stopped almost in front of the hotel, location is very good, exit 4 for the subway is right in front of the hotel, I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was really good. Very nice people work there. Thank you.

The hotel is new, very convenient and walkable to any dining options

Love the cafe and CU convenience store in the lobby. The housekeepers came every day to make our beds and clean up the room. The hotel is located in a less busy road but very easy to get around, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Also love that the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. It was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.

This properly is located near the shopping areas and aboilut 10 min away from the Palace and Secret Garden. This property is in prime location and is walking distance to local subway system. Thr facility has a self-serve laundry room which was a great amenity to have.

This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

We loved this hotel! My friend and I stayed for two weeks and felt very safe during our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the window view was amazing! The room was a quiet which we appreciated. We loved the Christmas decorations which made the hotel look beautiful. I will mention that the room was a little hot. The location of this property cannot be beat - easy access to public transport, lots of restaurants, and shopping. Staff was great and rooms were well maintained. Appreciated having 4 twin beds...this is the first time we've each had our own bed, great sleep for all of us!

PERFECT LOCATION! It is in a quiet location with access to public transport at your fingertips. Nice and central. My room was clean and comfortable bed! The only thing they did not provide were FACE CLOTHS, but I found that was every hotel in Korea when I went to Jinju and Busan. Definitely, use the Airport Shuttle bus, it’s a third of the price by taxi or designated driver as I found out later. The Airport Shuttle bus is so comfortable, located outside of the arrival terminal. Information...

Very nice hotel and in the middle of everything. Walking is good from each market and neighborhood. Hotel rooms also have US 110v outlets as well as a plus! Staff is really nice and attentive
