"Hotel needs updating. Years ago hotel was e exceptional, hotel has excellent location but should provide discounted breakfast and free or greatly reduced parking. The hotel has lost the power to enforce parking privileges to customers. Touch ups needs around the edges all over the hotel. Furniture needs to be deep cleaned or removed. "
"The bed was comfortable. Room seemed clean but when we went to use a glass it still had water in it. Even with the paper top on it. Made me second guess the true cleanliness of the room. The shower has soap residue on everything like it had barely been cleaned. We didn’t eat at the restaurants they didn’t really have anything we wanted. We stayed here on our wedding night in 1989 and it was so much nicer then. Now it’s just mediocre. There was a big wedding going on and they took over the whole lobby. The elevators were very slow. Staff was very friendly. "
