After reading reviews on this hotel, I wasn’t sure how my experience would be. My expectations were greatly exceeded. First, I called from the airport to find out what time to expect the airport shuttle and was told the shuttle driver was at another property and they’d call me an uber at no cost to me. The property exceeded my expectations.

I want to thank Kathy and I want to thank Beth. I think I lost my key about several times when I first was checking in. Relaxing stay, comfort, and it was clean. Great breakfast (I love how it varies every day) and love the free coffee 24-7 in the lobby. Gym was cool too, small but all that I needed.

We stayed for 1 night . The room was perfect for our family of 3 with clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Online check in was a great option as well. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked from eggs, waffles, to bagels, cereal and oatmeal. And it was tasty which is always an added bonus.

My wife and I truly enjoyed soaking in their indoor hot tub after a long day of activities. The room was wonderful, they had a mattress that I wish I had at home. We enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. We checked in late and required a handicap room. Jason made sure the room was exactly what we needed as well as perfectly clean and tidy! My mom also lost her phone in the lobby during our stay and it was fortunately turned in to the front desk. The person working the desk thought to turn it on, then picked up our call right away which allowed a very prompt return of the phone...

Hotel was modern and clean, in a great area of Baltimore. Free parking in garage next to hotel (you have to check in and get a tag to display on your dashboard first). Very walkable neighborhood with grocery store and restaurants. Within walking distance of Charm City Circulator (bus) and Harbor Connector (water taxi) stops - both free!
