"My stay at the DoubleTree Hilton was magnificent. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail made the experience feel elevated and welcoming. Michael was exceptional every day I encountered him consistently professional, warm, and attentive. Robert was also wonderful and went out of his way to locate and save my Happy Birthday brooch, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I’d also like to recognize Charlotte, the travel agent consultant, who was outstanding. She introduced me to the Hilton Honors app and took the time to thoroughly explain how to maximize its benefits. She was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had the best possible experience as a Hilton guest. The room was beautiful. I loved being on a high floor with a balcony the view was outstanding and added a sense of calm and luxury to my stay. There were a few minor maintenance details, but once mentioned, they were addressed immediately, which I truly appreciated. The staff overall was pleasant and accommodating. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again when I return."

"The check in was a breeze. We arrived off our cruise at 830 am and arrived at the hotel at 11, and they were able to give us 1 room to store our luggage until the second room was ready. The staff were friendly and courteous. I will be recommending the hotel to my friends that travel. I can't say enough great things about this hotel."

"Excellent value for the price. Clean room, kind staff. The most excellent feature is that the Dun Huang plaza is RIGHT THERE. You can get dim sum, ramen, boba, groceries, a foot massage...it's all there. And you don't have to park! It's so affordable that I don't mind so much about breakfast, because I'd just get it at the plaza. Note that you do need to ask the front desk for a breakfast ticket if you want to eat there, and it's limited to two people per room. Didn't apply to us, but may apply to others."
