The hotel was located conveniently for access into Mûritz National Park, especially by bicycle. The restaurant at the hotel had an excellent dinner. I was surprised when they did not give me the two story room, with the balcony, that I reserved and paid for. They also asked me to pay for my room a second time. They gave me a less roomy one story room, with no refund for the difference. I don’t know if these problems were caused by Expedia or the hotel, but it was a little unsettling.

The Ibertel Fleesensee is a great hotel for short or longer stays. The location on the lake is beautiful and it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The hotel mainly caters to German tourists that like to use the spa, so many guests are in robes during the day, but for business travelers this is also a great hotels with good facilities and great staff. We visited friends nearby and were very pleased to find this beautiful Schloss-Hotel for us to stay in - which was away from the vacation apartment they were staying in! Even though we stayed in a newer adjoining wing of the hotel we were able to enjoy the beauty of the restored Schloss. The grounds and hotel itself were impeccable. Great hotel in a great location. I only rated the staff as a 3 since they did not speak much english which made communication difficult. Room was very nice with a large bedroom and a separate living/dining/kitchen. The bathroom was very clean and included an enclosed shower. Nice view out of the front of the hotel to the lake. Easy walking distance to the city center. Free parking, free internet which worked very well. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel and the location.

Vermisst wurde: Duschgel im Schwimmbadbereich und ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Selbst Handseife war im Wohnbereich sehr spärlich vorhanden. Täglicher Handtuchservice wäre wünschenswert. Bad/Toilette architektonisch leider eine kleine Katastrophe.
