Wonderful hotel. V good size room overlooking the pool with everything you'd want. Staff were very pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. In particular, Alexandra on reception was always helpful and polite, as were Dora, Artemis and Balaz at the bar and in the dining area. I'd recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
We stayed here in June. The large family suite with bunk beds was very comfortable and the staff was very diligent about replacing towels which was really appreciated. The room was supposed to be seafront but in reality we were looking at trees blocking the view. The beach is great IF not windy. We had a few days where the wind meant no swimming at the beach was allowed. No big deal but something to be aware of. Mezze and Mouries restaurant had great food. The breakfast options are also great....

What attracted me in the first place was the "golf resort" part of the hotel name. A short week's stay only gave the opportunity to see Knossos and the museum in Heraklion and do some golfing on Greece 4th best golf course.
