We had a great stay at the Hampton. The staff was great and the hotel very comfortable

Besides being a clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTRODINARY. I forgot my family's passports and money in the hotel safe and left for the airport which is 40 min away. I didn't realize my mistake until I was in the airport terminal with only 1 hour before our flight. Le Parc was SO ON TOP OF IT that they noticed my mistake and DROVE MY PASSPORT/MONEY TO THE AIRPORT and found me in the terminal. I was in shock and it was unbelievable! It was something that only...

Location, great neighborhood, staff was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful experience in Quito. We were told to watch for pick pockets and shady taxis. Just make sure you get into a yellow taxi with the green rectangular government issued sign on the side. I even left my wallet in a taxi one night and the driver came back and honked his horn until we heard him and went back to get the wallet. Hotel owner said we were lucky to get it back. Taxi driver did take ten bucks out of my wallet but I didn't feel bad about that. I figured he thought he...

Hotel Finlandia has great staff that speak English and Spanish. The rooms offer ample space with adequate closet space. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a large shower and a small countertop. The Hotel has good security and the elevators only open at your floor (activated by the room key). The bed and pillows were a bit more firm than I am used to, but certainly comfortable enough. The location is great, next to Parque Carolina and only 2 blocks from a large modern mall (Quicentro). ...

The location of this hotel was even better than what we previously read, across the street from Quicentro Mall, next to a drugstore, right on the Shyris Avenue with easy access to Uber and Taxi. You are a two minute walk from the Double-Decker Quito Tour Bus departure and arrival Stop, the Quito Subway and many bus stops located at the Naciones Unidas main avenue, and within a short walk of the famous Parque La Carolina. On top of this wonderful location, the hotel was clean, the food at the...

Nice location, new facilities, great staff looking after you.

I somehow thought this would be closer to the airport, but it was about a 30 minute drive. Nevertheless, Llalo was very clean, safe, professionally operated and the breakfast on the porch was ideal. The rates were appropriate for the lodging. I highly recommend it.

Excelente localización, servicio al cliente, seguro y limpio. Me volvería a quedar ahí.

Un sitio limpio y seguro

Such a lovely and peaceful retreat, with truly hospitable owners.

This hotel is a gem! It seems like a 5 star retreat. We checked in extremely late due to our international flight and a simple email to the hotel was responded with assurances our room would be waiting, and it was. The lobby and room was always impeccable. I cannot say enough about the staff! At one point I had difficulty with an ATM across the street and mentioned it to Martin at the front desk and this gentleman went above and beyond by contacting the bank that owned the ATM and consistently...

The staff was very attentive. The bedroom was clean. The installation need some love including the bedsheets and the towels but in general good.

This is an adorable hotel located in the mariscal neighborhood. With a late flight we didn't arrive to our hotel until around 1:00 am, but there was still a person working the front desk waiting for us. Check in and out was a breeze and they have a secure front gate that can be buzzed to let you in. Each room has individual wifi routers which ensures that you should be able to connect to the internet anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast in the morning is large and everyone working there were...
