Great service, good breakfast, spacious rooms. Although not in the center of historical Salzburg, so car is needed. Getting around on foot with 2 kids was challenging... Big room, good enough for family of 4. Take at least half of day to enjoy the walks around the buildings, near the lake and in the palace - it makes all the difference.The views at the frozen lake, and everything covered in snow is just breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay, it was the highlight of the vacation. "

"We were greeted at check in with a glass of prosecco each before going to the room. The room was a family room which provided a very spacious bedroom and seperate living room with a sofa bed. The spa facilities were absolutely beautiful and being located so close to the car park for us was ideal. Pet friendly and the area of Bad Reichenhall is absolutely stunning. We would stay in this hotel again tomorrow if we could. Loved it."
