"We had a wonderful experience staying here. Staff has a very helpful attitude. Property is well maintained. The Mulberry tree restaurant team, including Bhagat Ram ji and Chetan, was particularly helpful. They had a great choice of menu and prepared individualised food for us, including Jain food and food without mirch. Best value for money and enhanced the joy of our holiday. "

"Hotel Golden is in a great location, and the shared rooms have a very nice interior. However, there's one issue: at night, there's a gathering of Rajasthani boys outside the hotel, right below it, which is very inappropriate. They use very loud and abusive language, which is very disturbing for couples and families. Another negative point is that some of the hotel staff members, about one or two boys, seemed suspicious. My partner and I stayed at Hotel Golden Hills from January 13th, 2026, and were supposed to check out on the morning of January 14th, 2026. But because of the suspicious behavior of those one or two boys on the staff, and their inappropriate stares, we checked out at 10 PM on January 13th, 2026, and left for our city after booking an emergency ticket. "Reason for 4 star and not 5 star because of these factors: hot water ran out during shower; I did not shower the second day; room locks 🔐 look like emoji; rooms are old and there was non stop noise of construction going during day time; paid same price as JWMarriott rate Staff service was 5 star Bonfire was 5 star Food was 5 star "

"The hotel person says, they are not online, i have paid 6k to other hotel for one day, i believed on expedia but it is very worse, i was in trouble, hotel people behaviour was not good, owner was asking 3 times extra money for single day, i took some other hotel, i will go to consumer because i am a family person and i was in trouble during this peak winter season."
