"This is my favorite hotel anywhere in the SF bay and that says a lot as I spend at least half my days in hotels from Lake Tahoe to Monterey to Napa. Honestly this place is my favorite hotel period. I did have a bit of a problem with one of the front desk girls. Snobby brat kid. But that’s to be expected nowadays. Still love this place. "
