Arrived to check in and was greeted by multiple staff members. The individual who helped us at the front desk was very polite and friendly and was helpful in answering any questions we had. He also suggested an alternate entrance that would be more convenient for entry and exiting. The establishment was very clean from the lobby to the room and everywhere in between.

We chose your hotel because our father was being laid to rest at the national cemetery .The front desk staff were friendly, kind , and very personable . Made checking in super quit and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel to friends staying in the area.

Place is beautiful and cottage was very comfortable. Only complaint is there is not a registration desk that is open to check in or out. We had to find a worker and they got a hold of security to get our keys. Also there was no instructions on how to check out. We will stay again but recommend better communication

Close to rave/concert venue

They had no on site parking due to construction which was fine…the staff was NOT clear they charged for this major inconvenience which was the hotels issue. I was charged a standard fully refundable security deposit of $100 which was explained as such, so when I only got $70 back I asked why of course and they said they charged me for parking at $29.90. That was the price for valet service in which I did not use, I parked my own car down the street at an off site parking facility and I was given...

Hiding fees when used the pool. Room service didn’t pick up plates. And sheets were asked to be replaced and bed was fixed and same dirt sheet were put.

Good stay but some improvement is needed with continual breakfast.

I had a business trip get extended for an additional day. I was exhausted and I went to book at my favorite hotel but they were all booked up. Came across Home 2 Home Suites a they had availability. As I entered the lobby to check in, I was blown away by the decor. Then the staff were extremely welcoming. They offered beverage and some fruit. They explained all of the amenities. When I opened the door to my room, I was speechless. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, desk, sofa, king...

This place is definitely a dont judge a book by its cover place. The room we got was very very nice, it looked newly renovated. It was clean, modern. The staff is helpful. Very straight to the point. Overall the vibes were nice. Would recommend and stay again.

Travel with 3 kids I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, this hotel is kid friendly my kids loved the stay!

I really like the way this hotel had done away with the complimentary amenities... For a 3 day stay, I could have easily done away with 12 mini bottles, at a minimum, for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. More hotels need to follow this lead. Service was friendly, place was clean and quiet, and I really like the laminate flooring... No gross dirty carpet. **free breakfast, waffles, juices. fresh fruit ** And got the coffee lovers... Starbucks is right next door... there is a walk...

I was very impressed with the staff. They were wonderful respectful where is safe area I will be staying there more often when I am in town. Definitely recommend this location. Everything is wonderful everything’s new up-to-date.

When I first arrived, excellent customer service five stars across the board I called. I believe I spoke with Casey once again excellent customer service I checked in on Saturday. I didn’t catch her name once again. Excellent customer service. I hope that was Casey. The pole was clean. We didn’t see much staff. We stayed for one night, which was amazing thank you Motel 6. We’re leaving the light on.

This is the only place I stay when I visit Riverside, been staying here for a couple of yrs already
