This hotel is small and very clean, with friendly and attentive staff. It is centrally located. If you get lost the 4 points Sheraton is across the street. Take an Uber it’s like $1.50-$2 everywhere. Seriously. The breakfast is also VERY good. It’s not a US buffet. It’s significantly smaller but very tasty and satisfying. If you prepay it’s like $5 and change, if you pay the day of it’s $7 and change. For a bargain freak like me this is awesome! Find me a $5 breakfast in the US. Anywho, I stayed...
The staff are very friendly. There is a good coffee bar in the lobby. The a/c works great and theres a workable kitchen with everything you need to cook.
Si vienes a descansar a disfrutar de una buena habitación ya sea para viaje o pasar una noche está muy bien, la atención del personal, la limpieza, comodidad y buen desayuno 10/10... nada más por mencionar el wifi de este hotel si es bueno a comparación de otros de la ciudad y buen tv smart.

the hotel staff are very friendly the front desk clerks. restaurant waitress, housekeeping and the bell boys are the best in best service to the clients my family and I very happy will be back for sure to the Howard Johnson .
Very good hotel, not super fancy, but great for the price. An excellent pool, breakfast buffet, and responsive front desk.
Things that could improve:
- general wear and tear in the rooms
-gym area is in need of updating (was closed during our last visit, so hopefully they get better equipment and AC)
The Staff, only one of whom I interacted was a pleasure and extremely helpful.
The location is the worst. I understood it was in the Center, certainly not the case, nothing near by, maybe something of a zoo?
My room had a dreadfully small window in the sky, due to the low price I paid, apparently.
I had an amazing time.. the hotel is gorgeous .. Marble flooring everywhere .. and the shower is exceptional! The staff was polite and on time!! The pools rooftop view of the hotel is awesome and breakfast up there complimented it ..
I'm a former cop and do my due diligence in giving reviews for customer service.. I RARELY give 5 star ratings.. this place epitomizes 5 ⭐'s..... I'm well traveled, especially to Colombia.. from your first seconds into the property with security, until check out 5 days later. EVERY thing was perfect 👌👍
This property was not what the pictures online showed.. this place was dirty and humid. The property manager said he will give me a refund and when I contacted Expedia they did not give me a refund back.
