Great location, and easy access via bus from both Incheon and Gimpo airports. Nice and clean hotel and easy access to shopping and dining.

The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.

This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.

Nice for a short quick affordable stay

We only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful so we could get to our next lodging location. The room was clean and big and the little touches made a big difference.

Quiet, great accessibility to the city

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. This hotel is a gem hidden..by tourists. If you like quieter area and experience the hospitality of Korean culture, this part of town is awesome. There are many great restaurants and bars you can go to, KTX is very close to the hotel.. about 10min walk. Kudos to the employees in this hotel, everyone was absolutely amazing, especially the front desk. They go beyond the expectations. Very friendly and welcoming, they truly are great at what they do.
