"The staffs are helpful. Room is clean and cozy. It is not in the very center of Seoul, but access is good no matter you are taking metro, k-rail or KTX. Will definitely stay again if I return to Seoul."

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The hotel staff was amazing especially the night shift lady greeter. She was always smiling and I witnessed her assisting so many people of different nationalities with their questions. Having her in your staff is what will keep me coming back when I visit Seoul.
This properly is located near the shopping areas and aboilut 10 min away from the Palace and Secret Garden. This property is in prime location and is walking distance to local subway system. Thr facility has a self-serve laundry room which was a great amenity to have.
This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!
This new hotel has beautiful and comfortable rooms. The size of the room compared to others I have stayed at in Asia is really good, there's plenty of room to move around. There are some switches and features that we couldn't figure out how to use but maybe they're common and easy to use for locals.
The only down side, as others have mentioned, is the shower. It is hard to keep the bathroom from getting too wet but if you angle the showerhead towards the wall it's not too bad. It would be nice...
I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here again. Subway, bus stops, airport limo, myeongdong street food, gs25, 7-11, Starbucks, lotte mall and food court, Nandaemun market, Namsan cable car, foreign exchange, underground shopping etc…. are all walking distance. Compared to other hotel room sizes that I checked, this hotel has bigger rooms than most.
