"This B&B was beautiful, a gem set in the emerald woods up in the mountains outside Denver. Patrick met us upon check-in to show us our room. We had the French Room in the East Wing, which is accessed through an upper terrace so you'll have to dress for the outdoors to have breakfast, which, ironically, was the only thing that detracted from the whole experience. The food, when it came, was excellent, but we waited a long time and actually felt ignored while the next table was being served solicitously. When I finally spoke up, Enrique informed us breakfast was $40 per person. I had read about this in the reviews so I made sure to take a screenshot of my Expedia booking which specifically mentioned "Breakfast included". To his credit, he had me speak with the owner on the phone, who explained the free breakfast ran for a limited time on Expedia and sure enough, when I checked Expedia, "Breakfast included" wasn't in the listing anymore. I'm glad I took the screenshot when I reserved the room so they made us a delicious breakfast which we had in their gorgeous Great Room overlooking the mountains. Patrick was very gracious and cooked an excellent omelette. Enrique didn't seem too happy and made sure to mention "I guess we're not getting paid for this" within earshot which was uncalled for and made us feel uncomfortable but I suspect he's in the spectrum and he was pleasant during checkout so all's well. Overall, an excellent stay in a beautiful setting!"
