Friendly staff, location was a bit secluded and in a run down neighborhood. Overall the hotel was great!

I stayed here as a solo traveler for 2 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town, conveniently near the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. I think it was great. No vending machines, killer idea. And what makes it great to is the staff. One lady in particular, young, had these long ears on like an elf cause it was Christmas Day. SHE ! Makes it great. Upbeat, friendly , informative. She’s a keeper. Thank her again for me. I just wish I remembered her name. Sorry

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was courteous and the room was clean. Right next to the Red Line train so very easy to get to from the airport.

Lovely clean place to stay

I was a little nervous to stay here at first but we had a great night around the area! Room was small but cozy & the shower was amazing!

I had left my pillow in my room. The front desk called me to let me know and they mailed it to me. I am very grateful for that. I will return again

The people at front desk were very nice and helpful. I loved the downstairs lobby/bar restaurant atmosphere as well. I utilized the workout room, and while it was functional I might try to dress it up a little bit. It might be nice to have some maps of Portland around too, so perhaps different neighborhoods can be circled/recommended?

Beds are comfy and the shower pressure is solid. I always stay here when I have an early flight

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the hotel design and ambience. I did not like that the bed was smaller than a queen, the sheets were rough. There were crowds of people right outside the hotel or in the lobby celebrating very loudly from about 11:30 pm until 2 am. At that time it appeared that they came up and occupied the room directly above us, jumping, thumping and dancing(?) until after 3 am. We never got much sleep. We heard later there had been a wedding.

We stayed on our way out of town. Great location. Close to the airport with free shuttle service 24/7. Clause to the MAX stop, an easy walk with our luggage. No great restaurants but enough casual and fast food places within walking distance. We left too early for the free breakfast at the hotel.

I would definitely stay here again. Not one bad thing to say. Totally and highly recommend.
