Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I almost never leave reviews for anything because I always believe that what is considered excellent for some people may not be for me and vice-versa. However, Castelo Santa Catarina is a great choice for so many reasons. The rooms are big and very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is gorgeous, after all it is a castle.

Super quiet despite being in the city center. Excellent blackout curtains. King-size and comfortable bed. Plenty of free toiletries. Kind and very helpful staff. We had a great experience at the hotel. It looks a bit smaller and simpler than a 4-star hotel, but the amenities are nice and we also enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
