Brand new and clean and efficient

The staff was amazing! We traveled from Wisconsin to Kentucky and got there way ahead of schedule and they were nice enough to accommodate us for another day. Absolutely loved the staff! They were so helpful and so sweet! I highly recommend them, Definitely plan on staying here again when we travel to Kentucky.

Great location! Breakfast was better than expected with an omelette station. Loved the convenience of the airport shuttle. Only complaint was where the TV was on the wall and the position of the bed.

It was a really nice place to stay. Timothy was awesome! The only thing that was not great was the third party valet. A couple warned us their car was broken into at the open lot along with 5 others that week. Park in the parking buildings near the hotel. They have cameras.

My friends and I went for the Louder Than Life festival that was being held across the river. Marriott went and set up one of the shuttles to and from the festival, until 11 at night. They didn't have to do that, and we didn't expect them to do that - the amount they saved us on taxi rides was highly appreciated! Also, we were all showing up from different states, with different forms of payment - they were very patient with us in figuring out *which* way we wanted to pay for the room. They...

Absolutely one the best experiences I have had in a long time. I will be staying there anytime I am in Louisville now. Room was so nice and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfortable. Very spacious and the restaurant below the room in the bottom of the building was amazing!

Last minute stop on the way home for a long road trip - couldn't have been better! Still had that new carpet smell, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was really impressive for being included. Planning to stop here next year as part of the plan.
