"La atención fue buena pero le faltó un poco de orden ya que apenas pasó el terremoto y se veía abandonada la granja de los animales.me gustó el cine."
"The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is top notch and bar is very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. Being at the mall is very convenient with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would highly recommend."
"The staff is super friendly! This place is very classy with nice decor. The food is excellently prepared and served. The rooftop is a comfortable palace to be for a drink. I really like this place and will retun!"

This was my first visit to Colombia. I’m so glad I stayed at Alko Nispero. I met the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Duvan who made my stay so welcoming and safe. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was getting to places safely, recommendations for food and overall was a great person to speak with.
The breakfast was delicious - everything fresh and great portion. And it was free with the reservation. The food at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent as well....
I am going to be honest but fair , this place is amazing and beautiful and the staff does everything they can to accommodate you it’s extremely safe (you are inside a full wall) the property is absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept if you are visiting cali to see the sites and want to insure you are well taken care of and have a safe and clean environment this place is great . Now for a few complaints that is totally out of there control and I just want people to know to make sure they...
A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay.
Very nice property, friendly staff, breakfast is the best, everyday was different food.
I truly recommend this hotel for those who’s looking for a quiet stay.
Excellent hotel, the first touchpoint with hotel staff was very wellcoming, spacious and modern room. Complimentary breakfast was good, as expeted from a buffet. Surroundings of hotel are nice and few blocks away from trendy restaurants. On the first floor a very good and excellent priced restaurant ( very recognized chain restaurant in Colombia) with discounts for guests. Staff could be more corteous and customer-oriented. Overall experience: great and recommended!
I received and excellent deal from Hotels.com The hotel was beautiful, the room extremely clean, the staff could not have been better. My computer was unable to connect to the internet the quickly offered the availability of a computer that I was able to check business emails. I have limited Spanish and everyone was willing to do Everything possible to assist me. Two young men in particular, Phillipe and Maracio continued to offer their assistance with translation and continually asked if there...
I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)
Smooth check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Blazing hot water. Breakfast plentiful Five minute walk to mall, or area restaurants. WiFi suitable for Netflix movies. TV has multiple channels. Quiet street. Well stay again.
