"Room was very quaint. Old school Lancaster vibes. It was clean, beds were comfy, shower was ok. Bagels, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs and cheese sticks for grab and go breakfast. Coffee was hot and good. Staff was super nice."

"The hotel was easy to find and located around places to eat and next door to Tanger Outlets. The property was really clean and in great shape. The rooms are good sized and had a refrigerator and microwave. The beds are really firm that's my only complaint but you never know when staying somewhere how the beds will feel. Other than that, I wouldn't pass up staying again if in the area."

"The rooms need to be upgraded. The towels are an abomination. The carpets in the hall and stairs need to be cleaned. The water pressure is terrible. The hot water was in and out. I wouldn’t recommend or stay there again. "

"I booked a suite with king size bed. The sofa and chair were not comfortable. Biggest complaint was lack of lighting. Once the sun went down I had to sit on the bed to read or do my needlepoint. Sitting area was way too dark"

"Fan in bathroom did not work. When taking showers unable to see anything, mirror fogged up. Reported to desk so would nor happen for next users. Waffles were great after another traveler helped us work the waffle machine as no staff member was in the area."
