Great hotel

great place to stay will do it again when in town

Fantastic hotel, right in the center of town....30 seconds walk to the nearest pub....30 seconds past that and you are in the main square. Hotel looks traditional from the outside but has many modern touches within such as iPads in reception and electric charging stations for cars. Rooms were modern without completely going against the overall ethos of the building. Clean, welcoming....would totally recommend!

You should improve breakfast

The in is beautiful, and very close to downtown. It is nestled in the woods and offers a true peaceful atmosphere.

Beds and pillows very comfortable. Shower super hot and great pressure. Staff was very courteous and professional. Breakfast had sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, fruit, waffles, yogurts, breads, pastries, and all the other continental breakfast foods. Kuerigs in the rooms, microwave, frig, and plenty of channels on the tv.

Typical Holiday Inn room with the basics, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with plenty of offerings. We arrived at midnight and area was safe and well lit. Only problem encountered was the hotel DOES NOT accept pets and we had booked at this Holiday Inn based on Hotels.com recommendation as a pet friendly facility. Charles, the night clerk, was very professional and accommodating and due to the late hour and having paid for the room, allowed us to stay with our two Pugs. Kudos to...

This is a quiet little place out of the way but so close to the interstate and everything you need. Went to Roadhouse and CVS while I was there. Great coffee in the lobby!

Amazing property…extremely clean and updated!!! We had just stayed at a Marriott hotel in Stone Mountain the night before and I would choose this property over that one hands down. Location was perfect to experience the Gainesville Square and all the shops and restaurants - highly recommend Re-cess for dinner but make reservations!!!

Our room was very large. We really enjoyed all the amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, sofa/ lounge area, multiple sinks. Slow check in, but the room made up for it. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Attended for Special Olympics competition, and had a service dog. Staff did not question or have any problem with dog since I notified them ahead of time. I will definitely seek out Hampton Inns for our next hotel stay.

My husband and I stay a night at this hotel as many times as we can! Customer service is excellent! Room is always clean. The in-doot heated pool needs no explanation!😁

We stayed here for one night (Aug 2026). Scott (front desk) was super helpful and efficient. The room was fine--nothing remarkable, but it was clean and an overall good value. The wifi was reliable and quick! The pool is small, but it was nice to get some fresh air. We had to check out early in the morning, but coffee was free and available.
