Great place!

VERY clean and spacious rooms. We slept well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They provided a variety of breakfast foods from the desk as they were not able to open the dining area due to the COVID concerns. Will definitely stay here again when we travel to IN. Thank you, Best Western Martinsville, IN.

We always love staying here when we fly out for our vacations. Very clean amd the staff has always been amazing...

Enjoyed the cleanliness and how accessible it was to the interstate. The area was very nice!

Good stay

Brand new hotel, very clean, everything working perfectly. Liked being able to set A/C fan to continuous operation - a bit of white noise helps sleep. Bed had nice quilt - some hotels don't put on enough blankets. Only downsides were no fan in bathroom so hard to unfog mirror after showering, and the all-too-common leadfoot in the room upstairs early in the morning.

We stayed here three nights, with a family of six. It was great! Because of Covid, they had grab and go breakfast bags—not ideal, but better than some hotels on our travels this month. The room and beds were great. We enjoyed the saline pool. We had to sign up for a 40 minute time slot, but it worked out well. If no one signed up after us, we could stay longer. When we had to add an additional night, Melissa was very helpful. My biggest kudos go to Alisha, who remembered we had six in our party,...

Nice big room, clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay

Very nice place

Clean room with everything listed online when i booked. Bed was comfy & A/C worked good. Had a good night's sleep after driving all day & arriving very late to the hotel. Hotel is close to several restaurants & strip malls which is good as well.

I haven’t stay in a hotel in a while things were really good. Nice area my husband and I were really comfortable. From check in to check out staff were very friendly. Martha ensured I had a nice breakfast and Vinney at the front desk was very friendly as well. Next time we visit family we will definitely stay here.

So clean and nice! Breakfast was served earlier than expected so that was a nice surprise. We were there for a volleyball tournament, so it was great to get breakfast so early. Will definitely stay again!

Clean, polite and helpful.

You get what you pay for! The hotel and staff was welcoming. Easy check in. The breakfast was good. The room and bathroom was nice. The king size bed was super comfy, big tv, and a very well lit bathroom. We didn’t go to the pool, but it look clean and gorgeous. There is a laundry room, it was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Part of why Iwe chose this facility was due to the access to an airport shuttle. The site did not mention, clearly that the shuttle shut doen after a certain time. When our plane arrived late, the shuttle had stopped and we had to pay $30 for a cab to get us to the hotel. Will not stay here again. Note to future customers check carefully about the time the shuttle runs!
