I had an excellent stay at the Rosenhugel in June. The owner/hosts Hildegard & Monika were very friendly and considerate. My train was delayed and I arrived after check in time, but Monika arranged for self check in with a key card which was perfect. The included breakfast was hearty and very fresh and all of the staff greet the guests with a warm Guten Morgen! each day. The views of the town and schloss across the Mosel river were fantastic, especially at sunset. I would defintly stay here...

Great stay during early December at the Hotel Cochemer Jung! Excellent location, staff, clean rooms, good breakfast! We arrived around 1, earlier than their stated 3:00 check in time. This hotel doesn't have a staffed check in and uses a self service check in system. There was a very nice employee in the lobby area and she went and talked to the housekeeping staff to see if the rooms might be ready. They were able to at least have one room ready, so we were able to put our luggage...

What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it!
