"The hotel staff are super nice and helpful. They helped carry our bags and gave us very good recommadation of places for dinner. Very good location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers, as well the bus station to the airport."
"One of the best places you can stay at in Seoul, I stayed there for 6 days, The service was very nice and helped me with everything I wanted, I really recommend this place and want to thank the bosslady who helped me with my wishes! 😊😊"
"Place looks contemporary and clean, rooms are clean and has well designed space, staffs are friendly and accommodating, breakfast was really great and has good selection of beverages. Convenient location with interesting mix of restaurants and easy access to subway."
"It was a wonderful nights sleep before our international flight the next morning. Beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. The restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and good food."
"Clean hotel. Reasonably priced and outfitted for basic needs in excellent location next to Metro station, Coex Mall, shopping dining and AirPort Express bus."
"Fantastic transitional spa in the basement. Hotel well located and staff were fabulously kind. Breakfast 100% recommend. However the rooms were dated and small"
"The hotel is a bit dated however, the rooms, pool and other areas are super clean.
The breakfast offers wide selection from salads, fruits, cereals, omelette station, breads as well as local food.
Had a great stay!"
"Great location, easy access to everything I needed nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made the stay feel warm from check-in to check-out.
One downside: housekeeping skipped making up our room on two separate days during the stay, which was disappointing given the otherwise great service"

If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Yearimdang Art Hall in Gangnam-gu. Why not take a stroll along the riverfront and watch the sunset while you're here? It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Seoul Arts Center, Charlotte Theater, and AX-Korea are not far.
Nicely located in Gangnam a few blocks from Seolleung Station. Many food options just across the street. Hotel also has a Vegan cafe on site. Room (double twin) was sizable and beds comfortable. Easy to book a massage in the spa. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. We spoke little Korean and had no issues conveying our needs. Would stay again.
Excellent location, basic breakfast included every morning from 7:30-9:30am. Room includes entry area for shoe removal with house slippers. The floor is heated as well! Bathroom has a bidet and slides for the shower, which are in the same room. There is a small fridge with waters and additional free beverages in the breakfast room. The microwave is also in the breakfast room. Excellent accommodations for the price!
Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.
I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...
The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...
The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....
It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.
Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.
As an airline crew, I have spent at least a half of any given calendar year in hotels for past 28+ years. When I walk into a hotel, there are a few things I look for and appreciate. 1. Is it clean? I even check inside of room vents. 2. Is the surrounding area deemed safe enough to walk as a female? 3. Are hotel staffs hospitable to help with my needs? 4. Is bedding comfortable and clean? 5. Is there interesting attractions near the hotel? 6. What are my food options? 7. Is there any extra...
This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!
