The location was an easy subway ride from the airport. Use the subway line 5 from the airport and exit at the next station. Use exit number 4 to leave the station and it’s about 2 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is on your left side. It’s a tall building with big sign.

The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. You can dry your clothes at a portable drying line. There is also a very deep tub and the shower system is well maintained. It is also very close to various forms of transportation like buses and trains. And this place is very quiet and you can’t hear your neighbors that much. If you ask they will watch over your...

This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

The staff was very good about cleaning the room, everyone was very helpful.

Staff is courteous and attentive. Hotel is conveniently located near a park, a strip mall with many food options, and a subway station.

It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.

Live plant with lighting in the room too keep it nature friendly. Light switch is near the plant, if you want turn it off before going to bed. Breakfast service stops at 0930 hours.

Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

We only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful so we could get to our next lodging location. The room was clean and big and the little touches made a big difference.

Room we stayed is large and clean, staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is good but pricey we only ate there once as there are plenty of options around the hotel. Very satisfied with our stay would recommend
