"My fist solo trip to Delhi from the U.S. was a success. The most important thing for me was safety and knowing that no one could could get in the hotel if they weren’t a guest or knew a guest was reassuring. Before entering all bags were placed in security for checking. The front staff were polite and the chicken breast was delightful. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone and I myself will book again. "
"I stayed in this hotel twice one week apart in late February/early March 2026. My first stay was outstanding in every respect—-excellent staff and room, most amazing breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen, luxury throughout. My second stay was similar in every respect except that my room this that time was not along a carpeted section of corridor; it was near the second-floor elevators where the floor is not carpeted. Although nice (but much smaller than my previous room), noise from the hallway was disruptive. Footfalls, rolling carts, verbal communications, and even music at one point were so loud, even as late as 11:00 at night, that I stepped into the hallway and complained to the staff members there. This happened both nights of my second stay. I did not complain to the front desk because changing rooms would have been a hassle. Staff should be informed that the smooth floors around the elevators make for noisy and echoing conditions in those areas. This is not an inexpensive hotel, and I was very disappointed in this lapse of hospitality."
"Beautiful hotel, with great amenities. The staff take pride in keeping the place clean and well decorated. The food options were great, and there was something for everyone. The spa services were great, and the staff were all super helpful. Overall an amazing experience for the first time in Delhi. "
"Lovely hotel within walking distance from connaught place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection for dinner and the food was very good. Good selection for the buffet breakfast. Nice small pool area giving lovely reprieve from the heat. I would certainly stay here again. Thankyou "
