"The stay was awesome! The property was right in the middle of the city, which made it very convenient. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly when we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!"

"Excellent hotel. Wait staff in Queens Head were great. Kamrul greeted us daily, brought barista coffee just as we liked it without asking us after first day. Very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. I would return."

The staff were amazing , the front desk young lady was so helpful and kind . She went above and beyond to help me with my tour reservation and room accommodations . The owner were sweet and kind ! Definitely recommend this gem of a place!
The staff went above and beyond and made this a wonderful stay. I will be back. From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. The room was as advertised, very quiet and you can order pillows to your liking for extra comfort. I took advantage of the yoga mat and workouts on the tv. We spent 2 nights in Auckland and found this location to be just perfect. We were away from a lot of the downtown “feel”, while within walking distance of the wharf and a major grocery store as well as some nice eateries. We were able to check out an hour later than scheduled due to travel plans without any added expense. It was not made clear what in the Kitchenette was included and what was a charge. Did not make coffee or tea because of this. The sky bus to the airport stopped right outside the front door. This was very convenient. The view was great. Sky tower was changed to green for St Patrick’s Day weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.
Simple place but has everything you could need and a great price. Great location, easy to walk into the main city center. Good bed, easy access, good shower, clean. I would definitely recommend if you're trying to vacation on a budget but don't want to be in a hostel.

The chapel room had a garden wall that made the room always smell like flowers. The staff were extremely kind, inclusive, and accommodating. The Ada restaurant had the best breakfast I’ve ever had, and the best dinners that we had in our 5 days in Auckland. Great experience at the end of a trip around North Island. Harbour view room was great, and the pool and sauna were nice and clean. Great central location, friendly and professional staff, and had a good breakfast at the Terrace - good range of options.
We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!
I was unwell, (I have MS),when we arrived and the staff got our room cleaned and ready by 11am as our flight from Christchuch got in at 9am. We ate breakfast, were allowed to use the gym, shower and store our luggage. Staff was amazing and fetched coffee for us as soon as we got down for breakfast the next day. The food was exceptional and our friends came for dinner the last night and it was perfect.

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to help us find public transport suitable to our needs. The room was spacious and quite. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which complicates traffic. Tons of restaurants within wañking distance. Would stay again.
The decor is so artistic, and bold. it's like going to an art gallery, I found myself walking the hallway to admire it all. The cappuccino at the bar was delicious. Along with the breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Retro style decor which is refreshingly unique. Very close to the harbor, Maritime Museum, Queen's Wharf, and shopping. Only negative is lack of convenient spaces for suitcases.
