Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when...
Loved the friendlyness & creativity of the staff. The place itself felt like time travel back to my youth to me. Wonderful experience and will definitely do it again.
Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot.
Suggestions:
-Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much!
-Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on!
