The place is pretty. Great swimming pool and rooms. All very clean, good customer service and amazing food.
Parking is narrow, it is difficult to use. They really need to get more parking space.
Had trouble with the shower in the morning: water flow went from zero to enough and then zero, prolly lots of people taking a shower at the same time, was afraid of ending up with soap all over.
The grounds are beautiful with different types of fruit trees, lovely veranda to enjoy the view of the mountains. We especially love the sisters who run the place. They are quite attentive, making sure we were comfortable. We definitely would recommend this lovely bed&breakfast

This was my retreat experience and was delighted by the place. I see that EXPEDIA rates it at 3 1/2 star but would consider this place much higher. The place is very new and decorated in a calm, simple but yet stylish way. The setting on the side of the mountain offers stunning views and the sound of the forest is so peaceful. Puterenas is a busy port and not really a center for tourism. I reserved here as a halfway point from Tamarindo to Quepos. What a wonderful surprise. Beautiful large condo unit with fabulous views of the water and boats on both sides of the property. 2 great pools, full professional gym with all the machines and free weights, and a great little restaurant.
so I loved this hotel the first few nights. But there is a lot of stuff that I need to warn others. There's nothing to do here besides a few nature walks. There is a lovely fireplace in each cabin and the cabins are lovely but there is a very very long and bumpy ride to get to the villa. I literally cringe thinking about this 45 minute road just to get access to the property. The service is great, the food is great but it's all very VERY expensive.
