Usual “customer service” experience in 2026. Could smell marijuana in the hotel/elevators a few times. Highlight was taking some luggage to my car, in the expensive parking garage, with my 13 year-old daughter and walking into a cloud of freshly smoked marijuana while 3 middle aged men quickly walked away from where they were smoking weed-oh yeah, it costs $20/day to park in this parking garage - not reflected in the hotel cost. Enjoy. "

"Parking was easy, the location was amazing with a great beach, and the hot tub was nice. I thought the pool would be heated but it wasn't. Luckily the day was nice so it wasn't too bad to be in the pool, especially with the hot tub nearby. There weren't any tea supplies in the room, which is why I rated the amenities a bit lower. The hotel is in an old building so you can definitely hear noises of people moving around outside and on the floor above. Also, when people go to the pool, they can walk right by the back of your room with the screen doors. I forgot which one was my room because there are no labels in the backside and they all look the same so I had to kind of peek in to see if I was at the right door. "
