I had purchased a white truffle in Alba & had travelled with it for 2 days in my car, in the hopes of finding the right restaurant that could accommodate my wish to have it with a pasta dish. Well, Gabriela, at this hotel & restaurant,thought nothing about it. I had the truffle experience of my dreams… Grazie Mile Sabine & Gabriela❣️"
