We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and available, we were greeted with refreshments on arrival and personally walked to our rooms. Great amenities including free access to the steam room located in the spa, a great breakfast with options for all, and a welcome gift of port waiting for us in the room. Super quiet despite being in the city center. Excellent blackout curtains. King-size and comfortable bed. Plenty of free toiletries. Kind and very helpful staff. Breakfasts offered good variety and kept us satisfied till dinnertime. Special thanks to breakfast room staffperson Paula, who filled our water bottles with ice and water each day as we headed out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hosts were friendly. The hotel itself is super cute and I love how they have plants and art everywhere The rooms and the bathrooms are really nice and comfy. This was also the perfect location to stay at when in Porto. You can walk to the shopping area or check out the wineries down the ribeira. Highly recommending this hotel. The staff were helpful too.
