Hotels in South Laguna

My wife and I made the short drive south from Huntington Beach to Laguna for a short staycation. We absolutely loved the Ranch. We did not feel like we were even in Orange County once on the property. It is a beautiful setting and the resort is awesome!

Beautiful location. A little busy though. There were two weddings and a huge baby shower the weekend we were there. We had a ground level suite with a patio and we felt like we were in a fishbowl because the events were right off of our patio. Most of the staff were phenomenal and exceptionally good at their jobs. A few of the staff were a little clueless and contradicted their exceptional colleagues. The food was really exceptional. Perhaps the best resort food I have ever experienced.

Oceanview at a reasonable price- exterior is so-so, but the room was excellent. Nice shortcut to a beautiful beach as well as to scenic sunset vista point -parklike setting to watch the sun go down. Very friendlt at check-in and check-out. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room.

Excellent value, spacious room, great quality breakfast, did not try the happy hour, totally pleased with the value.

Convenient location, great pricing for a last minute booking, very nice breakfast.

Clean rooms, excellent customer service, good parking. Close by all the restaurants, bars and beach.

This property is owned by a woman and her son. The gal is very attentive and friendly. She runs the front office and looks after the landscaping on the premises. The room I got looked like it was renovated recently with all new tile and paint,very nice for a older motel. There was no telephone in the room but wi-fi service was very good. Be aware their wi-fi system uses the WPA/WPA2 protocol so any device you bring will work on it. Parking was limited so you may have to park on the street if the...

The hotel was perfectly situated for where we needed to be. It was clean and "fresh" and the staff were friendly and professional. the neighborhood was good,a nd there were small restaurants and coffee shops nearby. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Nice facility rooms are large and comfortable not crazy about the extra 27$ to park and have water in the room and a complimentary drink but I don’t drink restaurant was good

I was there for 3 nights. On the second night, the jerks in room 216 decided it was appropriate to throw a party at 1:30 am; music, noise, loud voices, etc. At 2:15, I called the front desk to complain; 15 minutes later, the music stopped, but the noise and loud voices continued until 3:30. Finally they shut up and I was able to get back to sleep. That morning, at the front desk, I mentioned what happened to Norm. He was very apologetic. The staff was so genuinely kind from the shuttle driver to all the staff at the front desk & coffee bar.

This hotel is off the beaten path but yet close enough to everything. The staff is so friendly and caring.
