This is a wonderful,beautiful, and relaxing place to stay. The owners upgraded our room at no extra charge because they wanted us to have one of the best rooms. We had a private deck with a hot tub, bbq, and a fireplace in the room. It was very romantic and relaxing. We didn't want to leave. All rooms have an excellent view overlooking the ocean. Its location is above Fort Ross and is one mile from Timber Cove. This is the best place to stay in the area and is close to Salt Point State Park.
The B&B was absolutely wonderful. It was close to many local vineyards, the coast, Napa, the redwoods, the Russian River, etc. Dana and Brian are so good about answering questions, the breakfast is amazing and their home is beautiful and welcoming. We hope to stay there again in future trips. Oh and Dana makes the best cookies every afternoon! :)
The room was clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and coffee/hot chocolate/tea. Also a vending machine with oatmeal, cup of noodles and a variety of snacks. There was no fitness center or jacuzzi but we enjoyed hiking in the area to the beaches and tide pools. There were many nice restaurants to choose from with delicious seafood. A free bottle of wine was included in our stay. We enjoyed our time there!
It's a beautiful, quiet place right above the shore, with a gorgeous view from the main dining room. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff throughout. The Coast Kitchen offered excellent food. We loved the Timber Cove Resort!
Great location and nice spacious room with a lovely view of the river. The room had a nice patio to enjoy and comfortable club chairs inside to enjoy the view with our coffee in the morning. The room had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator so we could enjoy food in our room. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to Covid but we were given a bag continental breakfast consisting of fruit, yogurt and a pastry. Very nice get away and we would recommend.
Great place, friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations with a nice breakfast. Pool is wonderful during the summer months. There are 2 great places to eat across the street right by the river-Farmhand & Stumptown brewery-very convenient. Also convenient to Armstrong Woods. Will be back!
Lovely property located in a beautiful area. The photos online matches in real life, as in no heavy airbrushing. Staff are courteous ,friendly and professional. Quiet surroundings. Great cocktails at the bar! We are a fan of this establishment.
We loved everything about our stay at Casa Secoya! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. It may be noisier during the summer with the swimming pool right outside the rooms, but when we were there in February it was SO peaceful and beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again some day to stay in one of the cabins.
The only thing that would have made this stay a bit better would have been a hot tub on site!
The hosts were lovely, and the beds super comfy and clean and beautifully presented. It’s not a “glamping” facility however, it’s really camping there’s one single
use bathroom and two showers for the whole campsite plus some porta potties, and you should bring food with you to cook at the camp fire as it’s a 15 min drive to nearest shops. Loved everything, but wish they offered the ability to have ‘some’ food - a few things like ability to boil water, make coffee, plastic knives, or spoons etc.
A great location if you want to spend the day at the river, the cute downtown is all with walking distance. The properties could use some deep cleaning , new mattresses,and dusting, but otherwise we had a great experience.
Beautiful property tucked in by the river with new ownership and management. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. Would come back in a heartbeat.
Cant say this enough, our group LOVED Highland Resorts in Guerneville and want to return. The cabins are beautiful and comfortable. The people friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a retreat type atmosphere this is a wonderful place to be.
So the Inn and receptionists, waitstaff fine dining restaurant were great. Food was phenomenal too.
