This is newly remodeled, and we had a great stay. Our room was not on the pool side, which saved us $ and was quieter. Great food: unlimited brunch was just super. Something for everyone. Live DJ but chill music, not a party hotel. Small but lovely pool for lounging. One block from the fast bus to Palma or the airport, so we didn't need to rent a car.

Hotel is nice, we did the all-inclusive option so food and drinks were plentiful if slightly repetitive. Mallorca is geared toward Europeans and Brits, I think I was the only American on the island. The hotel has 2 pools, one chlorine for the general guests and a nice salt water pool for the Prestige guests who can use both. I highly recommend getting the prestige package. The rooms were spotlessly clean but need updating, they felt very 1980s to me. Major negative of the hotel, no beach!!!...
We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. The style of the property is gorgeous. Friendly staff and quick service. Hotel breakfast & dinner is outrageously good. Great vibe/atmosphere. Will stay again. Only a 2 person occupancy per room though, unless you’re traveling with a child below 11 years old.

When I was looking for a hotel I wanted to make sure it was close to the beach and this one fit the bill. I was also looking for a family friendly hotel; I just wished I had the schedule earlier. However, my children and I were more concerned about getting to the beach than what the hotel had to offer for children activities.

This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and guest services were very helpful in booking tours and dinner reservations. Highly recommend this hotel!
I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
