"The facility is beautiful, however, the service is very poor. We were quite disappointed. It took so long to get our food at the hotel restaurant. Also, there wasn't a microwave in our room so we called the front desk and requested a microwave and utensils and plates. A staff brought the microwave but not utensils and plates. We asked about the utensils and plates and the staff said he didn't know. He said he will get it. After twenty minutes, we called the front desk and she said they will bring it up. No one brought it up. So disappointed and such poor service. "

"This was my third time staying here and honestly I can’t thank Raj and the entire hotel staff enough! They were amazing and accommodating!! Room was clean, breakfast was great pool and hot tub were clean as well as the gym! This is our go to when staying in Michigan!!! Thank you again Raj and the entire hotel staff!!"

"Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. It’s a little run down in some areas, but the room was clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good with enough options to get the day started. One big thing to note, avoid getting a room near the vacation club area if you want to sleep. It was very loud and hard to relax. That said, the girl at the front desk handled the situation well and really tried to make it right, which I appreciated. Not a perfect stay, but the staff definitely helped leave a better impression."

"The room was clean at check in, however, they did not clean the room once during the 3 night stay. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and slow. Felt like I had to beg just for towels. The hot tub had what felt like an inch of sand on the bottom. None of the equipment in the fitness center was working and no signs or information that it wasn't. Decent at best"

"Room was very clean and fresh. Staff were very good too. Water pressure was lacking for the shower and the water temp could have been better if you like a super hot shower. Overall, no complaints. "

"Staff was great friendly and helpful room had a few issues bathroom door top hinge was loose causing top of the door to hit the frame door wouldnt latch. Lights in the bedroom were connected to a 6way splitter when i move the end table the splitter fell out of the wall had to move the bed and plug it back in because the center screw isnt even there to hold it. Biggest issue i had was the left side of the bed there is no plugs or USB to charge a phone and for CPAP. Breakfast was great staff was great room needs some work"
