"The hotel is a bit dated however, the rooms, pool and other areas are super clean.
The breakfast offers wide selection from salads, fruits, cereals, omelette station, breads as well as local food.
Had a great stay!"
"Love this hotel! Bed was super comfortable, plenty of space for luggage, bathroom was a lovely size with bathtub and all the things you needed in there! Would definitely stay again and very convenient next to Gongdeok station!"
"Clean hotel. Reasonably priced and outfitted for basic needs in excellent location next to Metro station, Coex Mall, shopping dining and AirPort Express bus."
Lowest nightly price found within the past 24 hours based on a 1 night stay for 2 adults. Prices and availability subject to change. Additional terms may apply.
The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. The washer dryer was so convenient and easy to use. The only drawback was the air conditioning unit. It plays a chime every time it turns on and off. This woke me up all...
I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...
The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. The reception staff came up to try and fix it and when they couldn't, they immediately moved me to a different room for my second night. I was very impressed and...
The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building.
Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.
I liked that the bus from Incheon stopped almost in front of the hotel, location is very good, exit 4 for the subway is right in front of the hotel, I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was really good. Very nice people work there.
Thank you.
I tried to find a reason not to give Acube a 5, but I just can't find one. Probably the only improvement opportunity is the snack selection, but you can walk 2 minutes down the block and find more of those. The location is perfect for the subway, the airport bus, shopping, site seeing and food so, what more could you ask. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and I love that it's a boutique hotel. With only 6 rooms on the floor it was so quiet and cozy. Part...
This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!
This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby
It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.
Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.
The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.
The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The stop to drop is across the street, of the hotel. As I was carrying two big suitcases, it was very...
