"Close to cheonho station, easy to find. Staff might not speak english but is enthusiastic to help when needed. It's a neighborhood I would recommend to go if looking for places outside hongdae or myeongdong"
"Very friendly staff and trustworthy. I left a tracksuit behind and it was waiting for me a week later when I returned. I called at the airport to let them know I would be returning in a week. The area is very walkable "
"Best place to come as a family. There is a full kitchen with a large living room and a desk if you need to work. Amazing view and location. There are 3-4 coffee shops in the same building, convenience store, spa and golf practice area and many more in the same building. Lotte shopping mall is also right next to the hotel and so many good food places around. I will definitely come again next year."
"Clean hotel. Reasonably priced and outfitted for basic needs in excellent location next to Metro station, Coex Mall, shopping dining and AirPort Express bus."

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...
This hotel goes above and beyond. Can confidently say it's been my family's favorite stay in all of Asia so far. Thank you to all the staff! We will be back:)
The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. The washer dryer was so convenient and easy to use. The only drawback was the air conditioning unit. It plays a chime every time it turns on and off. This woke me up all...
It was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. It's in a busy area so it can be noisy outside but you can close the window and you won't hear anything. I would book here again.
Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.
It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.
Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable.
The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful after long days out exploring Seoul.
Would absolutely stay here again — great service,...
