The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. Excellent room and superb bed and bedding - so comfortable!! Lovely breakfast with so many choices. A top class hotel in every way and we will definitely use again. Extra benefit is airport limousine bus right at hotel front door.

This hotel is a gem hidden..by tourists. If you like quieter area and experience the hospitality of Korean culture, this part of town is awesome. There are many great restaurants and bars you can go to, KTX is very close to the hotel.. about 10min walk. Kudos to the employees in this hotel, everyone was absolutely amazing, especially the front desk. They go beyond the expectations. Very friendly and welcoming, they truly are great at what they do.

It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.

The room felt small, but everything was highly satisfying.

The property was great. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a good mixture of korean and american food. The only thing i didnt like was it said it was near seoul Station but was at saemundae station and was mutliple subway transfers away.

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

Rooms, services, and amenities were all good.

4th time staying here and love it.

Clean Great staffs Convenient for great food

Beautiful lobby, attentive staff, excellent customer service. Room was spacious and clean. Indoor pool required all guest, female and male to wear a swim cap. Only down side was that I could smell cigarette smoke on two nights but not noticeable any other days/times. Location was not as convenient to subway, although hotel sits between to stations.

This properly is located near the shopping areas and aboilut 10 min away from the Palace and Secret Garden. This property is in prime location and is walking distance to local subway system. Thr facility has a self-serve laundry room which was a great amenity to have.
