We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful location on the lake, next to a beautiful park for strolling along the lake and the trees. The hotel is large and spacious, and the views of the alps across the lake are stunning. The town of Lindau and the island with the lighthouse are a great nearby diversion. The lobby and patio areas have stunning lake views, and breakfast or lunch on the patio is wonderful. We really enjoyed walking through the neighboring park and relaxing by the lake. ...

We had a great experience at this Hotel in Lindau. Not far from the island by car (couple of minutes away). Room was new, great bathroom also.

2nd time we've stayed at this hotel. Rooms are large and quiet. We stayed in the least expensive category room and it was just fine, king bed, large room and bathroom, and a window overlooking the inside courtyard. Breakfast was included as was wifi and both were excellent. Train station is across the street which is great if you are traveling by train, but because the station is small there's really no noise, congestion, or questionable areas. If you are driving there is on site self...
Plus side: The view was spectacular, right on the lake. The room was comfortable.
Down side: The restaurant doesn't have a very robust array of dishes to choose from.
Parking didn't always work...a license plate reader was supposed to raise the gate when it recognized our car but we were stuck at the gate twice during our stay.
The bathrooms have been recently upgraded and it looks great. The rooms are clean and the location is great!
Parking: You have to park in the lot across the street which is inexpensive. They only charge for daylight hours, so we only paid a few Euro. However, if you are planning on staying a few days, expect to pay 30+ Euro, depending on your trip length.

A beautiful fairly new hotel right in the center of the city. The underground parking is wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Room was huge - we even had a sitting room. The bathroom was fantastic - large and the shower was enclosed so no water on the floor. A/c worked well and the beds were comfortable.
