Hyatt Regency Toronto
8/10 Good
"The location is perfect if you want to shop downtown or see a theatre show or attend an event at the Rogers Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had issues with the heater/AC unit in our room when we checked in. It was so unbearably cold at 15C and it would not increase. I couldn’t even feel my fingers because I was so cold. At first, the only solution was to turn the heater off completely. So the first night, we just had a stuffy room with no ventilation but it did warm up to a normal temperature. When I complained again the next morning, our system was very quickly fixed and we were able to adjust the temperature of our room after that so our second night was much better. The front desk employee gave me free parking to compensate for our discomfort. The hotel is clean, unique looking, and quiet."
TOOR Hotel Toronto, part of JdV by Hyatt
