"No solo me indicó dónde estaba una tienda cercana, ¡me acompañó personalmente hasta allí! Su amabilidad, energía y atención hicieron que me sintiera como en casa. Un servicio así es inolvidable."
"I though the breakfast was week. Good if you’re an Ecuadorian but lacking for an American. Let’s see some hash browns, bacon. Staff was good, especially for Ecuador where customer service can be rather poor."

"I enjoyed my three night stay at Navio hotel. The staff were kind and the room very clean & comfortable. It was in walking distance to many restaurants, pharmacies, and plazas."

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and had everything you would expect from any other hotel. My only gripe, and it is a very minor gripe, is that the restaurant only serves food during certain meal times. But they are close enough to many other good places to eat, so it really wanst a big deal. I was still able to get a delicious Mojito with fresh mint from the garden. And when I was able to eat at the restaurant for Bfast, and 1 dinner...
I was so pleased with this hotel from the moment i stepped in. Every staff member were pleasant and greeted me when I passed. The breakfast that was included was buffet style and everything was delicious. We had dinner at El Faro and everything was amazing. Asked for an iron and it came to us quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You wont be disappointed! Thank you Balandra Hotel
As a solo woman traveler safety is always a priority and I felt very safe and comfortable at this hostel. I had some dental work done around the mall de pacifico area and payed less than $2 for Uber to get there. Yes I probably could have walked but the sun was intense. Very convenient, clean, safe and cheap. Would recommend!
Es un lugar muy bonito. Estuvimos poco tiempo. Hubo mucho ruido en la noche para descansar pero seguramente se pudo haber ofreció habitaciones que hay más alejadas.
