I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

Small, quaint hotel in the heart of Oak Park. Well maintained and very clean and neat. The Italian restaurant, La Notte was fantastic, both in food and service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. I actually like the proximity to the airport. The hotel was clean, had good amenities and has a heated pool.

Real nice property , Sylvia went above and beyond after a long travel day she let me and my wife check in early that made us very grateful and everytime were in Chicago area will stay here (just the small stuff that makes people happy ) Thank you again Sylvia , breakfast Buffet was great and Airportshuttle was good too

Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!! Everyone at this hotel...

We loved that we we had 2 separate bedrooms for everyone in our group in one hotel room. And all for a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good. Great extra perk! Great location.

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

It was a great place to stay

Convenience store across street, lots of restaurants, Dunkin' donuts and coffee across street, boat architecture tour nearby, riverwalk nearby, several museums nearby and Grant Park with Cloud Gate walking distance.

Valet parking staff are not really accomodating... i paid 55 for daily parking the valet back and forth was a bit more .. dropping your luggage and quick parking in front while not using valet shoud be permitted

The motel was easy to get to and the room itself was very clean and well presented. I appreciate the breakfast too.

Best overall hotel experience of my life - no comparison. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew and especially Ian the " bartender" who is more of a legend than an employee. You all blew my expectations out of the water and set an impossibly high bar for future stays.

Recently stayed at the Springhill Suites/River North. Could not have picked a better location for the first time in Chicago. Tons of local dining options. Close to landmarks. Easily walked to the Magnificient Mile(Michigan Ave) Walked to the subway to go to Wrigley Field and the United Center. Hotel was excellent. Clean, the staff was excellent in all areas. Free breakfast was fresh and good. Highly recommend overall.

This hotel is in a great location. It's walkable to many restaurants and other fun things to do in the city. We went to a Cubs game and were able to walk 5 minutes to the red line, which drops you off right at Wrigley field. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're going to a game but also want to stay in the city! This hotel offers amenities that others do not anymore - free breakfast and a daily complimentary happy hour! The rooms and rest of the property is kept clean, as well....
