Everything was excellent. Staff was fantastic. Our only complaint was that the restaurants on property are closed Mondays and Tuesday for dinner.
But you can go across the park to the Snap Dragon for dinner which was very good.
Great hotel with amazing staff. Our room was clean & spacious. On site restaurant & bar were great with a wonderful variety of food and beverage options. Neat shops on the surrounding grounds for coffee, ice cream, hotel & local souvenirs which were very nice. Plenty of parking on site
The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The steak at dinner was awesome. They also had snacks and drinks that you could purchase at reasonable prices in the shop downstairs. Great view.
I was looking for a cheap place to spend the night but this was so much more than I expected. Friendly staff, filling breakfast, comfortable bed. Great experience.
When we first arrived, I was not wowed by the lobby but our room was wonderful. It was updated and very clean. The cleaning crew went the extra mile. The breakfast was not the best. There was a waffle maker, which is good but that was about it. Coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh even in the evening when we got back to the hotel. Overall, we were very pleased. One thing that was a little strange is that the entrance to the hotel property is through the parking lot of an ice cream place....
We had free hotels.com nights and were disappointed that the boutique hotel in town wouldn't accept them so we booked the hampton inn instead. I am so glad we did. It was so clean, the room and beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms/showers were awesome! We enjoyed a little outdoor patio with a fire pit and some sofas. There was an indoor pool but we didn't use it...heard that it was cold! The breakfast was good and it was slightly different both days. Lots of choices and options. There was a...
Loved this place and it was a good price. We were close to the Blue Ridge Pkwy in a cabin near the small campground that was wooded and private with a porch. The cabin had great cable tv options and a warm, fireplace insert. Cabins were comfortable and clean (rustic with modern bedroom). The grounds of Springmaid Mountain are beautiful with ponds, mtn. stream and woods. Get good directions before you go as cell service is spotty and our GPS didn't list the road. Wifi is available near the...
This place is fabulous. Super cute hotel with only 6 rooms upstairs and a bar/coffee counter downstairs with excellent beer/wine and coffee options, a fancy pizza truck on site, and lovely outdoor areas at the front and back. They say there is no breakfast provided, but there is a pantry room near the guest rooms with a microwave, lots of snacks and extra toiletries, and some light breakfast options each morning. Our room (Holman 202) was lovely with a bedroom, small but adequate bathroom, and a...
For a no frills, off the road motel, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. As the saying goes, never judge a book by it’s cover. To start things off, the staff at the front desk was very nice and made us feel so welcome. He had a table full of a variety of soft drinks and told us to help ourselves. Very refreshing after a long drive! The room was nice and had everything we needed. Though it wasn’t a luxury 5 star hotel, it had that pleasant, small town feel that made us feel...
I am a solo nurse traveling for work and I was greatly satisfied. They made check-in super easy, I was close to the building in a well lit area and felt very safe. My accommodation was extremely clean. And leaving for work again early ,they made check out very easy as well. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous ,helpful ,and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to o my coworkers.
This was a great place to stay for the night so that we could wake up where we wanted to be for the day. The hotel was completely clean and comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. We felt safe and secue. I don't think I would stay here for a long vacation, as it really doesn't have any amenities. BUT, since we only planned to arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, it was great! If you're looking to arrive at Biltmore when then open, this is a great place to stay! Affordable...
