The room was spacious and clean. The staff made us feel like we were staying with family or good friends. The owner came over to speak with us and told us about the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. And the location was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.
Every nook and cranny was clean & orderly. The staff are kindest, people on the planet, seriously! I would work for them! Parking was easy, though I was not her during peak season though plenty of parking close by. The spa is lovely, wish I could have stayed longer. Lots to do in the area, it was nice to visit city stuff during the day and come back to a quiet place at night.
The lady at check in was very helpful and tried very hard to find me a room (my mistake).

I enjoyed staying here so much that I came back during the same trip for a longer stint and stayed an additional night on top of that. I would definitely consider returning when I am once again back in Bad Reichenhall
This is one of the nicest hotels my husband and I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was wonderful! The staff were very friendly. There is a restaurant walking distance from the hotel that was wonderful!
The air conditioning was wonderful, the hotel room was clean and spacious, and we loved the free public transportation around the corner from the hotel. We would absolutely stay again. No complaints except that I accidentally booked for 1 person instead of two and the fee was 40 extra euro per night (I thought he said it would be 40 euro total for my two nights, not 80 total) so there was a miscommunication.
I thought I was booking an inexpensive hotel conveniently located near the highway. This place far exceeded my expectations: this hotel could be a destination in itself. The swimming pools (in and out), the grounds, the decor (handcrafted, unusual furniture).....and the breakfast! Fabulous.
Wonderful experience in this amazing hotel. To the points that matter the most: room was very comfortable (including very nice bed and excellent shower pressure); breakfast with great variety and good quality; staff very polite and helpful; check in and check out very fast and efficient.

We have stayed there for 2 nights the hotel is clean the staff is helpful and in vicinity to the centre. You have free parking for car. Breakfast is great but costs 13€ for adult, kids have free of charge. Overall great hotel
